Our Position
TikSave is a technical tool that processes publicly accessible URLs. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content ourselves. All content is processed temporarily and deleted automatically.
User Responsibility
Users of TikSave are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring they have the legal right to download any content.
- Respecting copyright laws in their jurisdiction.
- Not using downloaded content for unauthorized purposes.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work is being accessed through TikSave without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The specific URL(s) accessed through our service.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the claim promptly.
- Take appropriate action within legal requirements.
- Notify the affected party if applicable.
Important Notice
Because TikSave does not host content, the actual copyrighted material remains on the original platform (TikTok). We recommend directing primary DMCA notices to TikTok as well.
We do not encourage copyright infringement. TikSave is designed for personal use of publicly available content only. Users must comply with all applicable laws.
